IS POWER PAYMENTS SECURE AND RELIABLE?
Yes, 100% secure and reliable. The platform is integrated with the Central Bank of Brazil PIX service. Payments are made through a dynamic QR Code on Power devices located at partner stores. For security reasons, payment can only be made with the registered user’s very own CPF number.
HOW DO POWER PAYMENTS WORK?
Power Payments are made via PIX using your bank’s app, through a dynamic QR Code generated on Power Payments devices located at partner stores in Paraguay, Uruguay, United States, Italy and Portugal
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO USE POWER PAYMENTS SERVICES?
Yes, via a speedy one-time only registration. In less than 2 minutes, you sign up and confirm your email. Then, within a few seconds, you will receive an email with purchase approval.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We always recommend registering in advance, which expedites the purchase process. Just go to the store, enter your CPF in the device, and purchase through your bank’s app using the generated QR Code.

First of all, check your spam box, and if you have not received the approval (which can happen in some cases), please try registering again.
Will dollar increases affect me?
No, because this is an instant payment (PIX). The charged amount is fixed in reais (BRL) once the transaction is made.
Will there be any future charge from Power Payments?
No, the amount shown on the device in reais (BRL) is the total amount payable.
